He is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience across several industries including tech, real estate and construction. He has held leadership roles as Chairman, CEO, CFO, and President of several corporations, non-profit organizations, and chambers of commerce globally. With a background in electrical engineering, Qasim has strategically partnered with major corporations such as Toshiba, IBM, Canon, Xerox, HP, Ricoh, and Sharp. 

Daian is a dynamic business leader with extensive entrepreneurial experience and a psychology degree from UC Davis . She has held key leadership and business development roles across different industries including private real estate management , holistic health startups, and beyond. As a strategic operations executive and partner at Thermasteel West, Daian excels in driving organizational growth and innovation.

Roberto Bello is a seasoned sales director with a 20 year background in banking leadership roles, including real estate finance, wealth management, and enterprise sales development. Roberto attended Pacific Coast Banking School, has held Series 7 and 63 brokerage licenses and holds professional certificates in construction management, project management and data analytics. He combines people management and financial expertise with a relationship-driven approach to business growth. Roberto leads day-to-day operations and marketing, strategic partnerships, construction project management and client relations.
